Ki Residences at Brookvale (翠宁苑) has been acquired by Hoi Hup Sunway through a joint venture between Sunway Development, and Hoi Hup Realty. The 160-unit development received a price of $530 million, and the owners anticipate proceeds from the sale ranging from $2.5 million – $4.4 million per unit, according to the marketing agent JLL.
