Located across Cairnhill Road in prime District 9, the freehold Cairnhill Plaza was developed by UOL Group (previously Called United Overseas Land).

Finished in 1978, Cairnhill Plaza includes 204 units in 2 30-storey high towers. The development is composed mainly of 3 – and – four-bedroom units, with dimensions ranging from 2,293 sq feet to 3,305 sq ft. Located close to the Orchard Road shopping belt, Cairnhill Plaza is a one-minute driveway from Far East Plaza, plus a three-minute driveway from Ion Orchard. The 2nd best advantage made within the week — a 110% gain of $1.57 million — was Tanglin Park, situated at Ridley Park in prime District 10. This usually means that the vendor made an annualised gain of 4 percent over 18 decades.

Completed in 1989, the freehold Tanglin Park includes a total of 274 units, and is manufactured by City Developments Ltd.. On the flip side, the best loss incurred within the week was in the resale price of an 861 sq ft unit in Vida, in Peck Hay Road, at prime District 9.
